In late 2021, fueled by a shared passion for technology and a vision for a different work environment, four friends ignited the spark of Blinkit. Huddled on a shared couch, they dreamt of a company built on a foundation of collaboration and valuing human connection.
The journey wasn’t easy. Like any startup, Blinkit faced challenges and hurdles, but their tenacity and teamwork propelled them forward. Early 2024 brought a wave of challenges, but instead of breaking them, it only made them stronger. In just a few months, the team grew from 4 to 8 individuals, solidifying their identity as a horizontal and human workplace.
